Charlotte
Meet my beautiful puppy Charlotte, formally known as CH Oceantide's Isla Of Kasomor WC JH ADC SGDC. She was 2nd born out of our Ruby (ATCH CH Kasomor's Rip Tide Ruby CGN CD RE) and Loki (AM/NSDTRC CH AQUEUS DUTCH TRICKSTER WC SH AX AXJ MJP NF OFP) on August 26 2014. She is a smart, brave and very determined little girl. She easily keeps up with Mom Ruby and Auntie Tana.
Charlotte is a quick learner and started retrieving ducks at the young age of 9 weeks. She will have a busy life attending events with Mom until she is old enough to take part on her own.
Well Charlotte now being old enough has her first title! On July 16th 2015 at the Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever Club of Canada's National Specialty's Working Certificate Test held at TNT training centre Charlotte earned her Working Certificate title! She completed 2 land marks and 2 water marks. Charlotte was only 10.5 months old. It was a bright sunny lovely day and she had so much fun. She is a joy to work with and I love her so much. Charlotte also took second place in her class in conformation at the specialty.
Charlotte loves the beach. Her first road trip was to Tofino BC where she chased balls and said hello to everyone on the beach. She is a social butterfly!
Charlotte has started in her Pre-Novice obedience classes at TNT kennels. She is doing really well. She also enjoys the tunnels and contact equipment after Ruby's classes with Bev at Leaps and bounds agility.
On November 21, 2015 Charlotte entered the show ring and took 3rd place in the 12-18 month females!
In April 2016 Charlotte entered the Renaissance show in Chilliwack. B.C.. She took Winner's female that day for 1 point.

In May 2016 we entered the Vancouver Island dog fanciers show and won Best Female, Best of Winners and Best of bred by Exhibitor for 1 point. This puts Charlotte with 2 points towards her championship.
Currently Charlotte and I are taking agility lessons with Sherry Taylor and she is has come such a long way! Charlotte is entered in her first fun match! January 14th wahoo, and her first official AAC agility trial put on by Leap and Bounds on February 3rd and 4th. Fingers crossed she likes it as much as she loves class!

Well Charlotte loved the trial! she earned 4 out of 5 Q's one in each of standard, jumpers, gamble and snooker. She ran like the wind and wagged her tail the whole time. Our next trial has also come and gone on Feb 18th where she also earned 2 more Qs! So proud of my little girl and how far she has come.

In August 2018, Charlotte achieved her Canadian Championship. She was handled beautifully by Guillermo Fano and Jen Knudsen. Charlotte won Winners Female both days at the last Sporting Dog Spectacular held at Hazelmere in Surrey, B.C.. This show was also a Toller Club of Canada booster with many dogs entered.

In September 2018 Charlotte and I entered our first Hunt test! She rocked those ducks and earned two legs toward her Junior Hunt title. Now we wait for next hunt test season, and train for Senior over the winter.
Charlotte is a very driven field dog. She is quiet on the line, and runs with enthusiasm!

Hunt test season is upon us! April 2019 Charlotte earned another 2 legs in Junior hunt. Although she only needed one for her Junior Hunt Title. Now we train towards Senior.
